Uk is building a new nuclear power station at Hinkley Point C in Somerset to provide low-carbone electricity for circa 6 millions homes, boost the region and UK economy.
TISSOT INDUSTRY UK is contracted for the Prefabrication and Assembly of the containment liners of the tow recators. On the pecture the transfer of the RING1 U2 after its assembly in the bunker to the final position in the nuclear island.

By the night of the 18th Decmeber 2019, TISSOT INDUSTRY UK has delivred with succes the first element of the containment liner of the rector unit 1 called the CUP. The parts of this CUP are Pre-fabricated in France by TISSOT Industries sas in its workshop, then delivered to HINKLEY POINT C where the are assembled on site, before the Transfer of the CUP by the BIG Carl to its final position in the nuclear island.
This achivement is the first major step on the construction the two reactors, which we are proud to take part of it.
